At Glamris Skincare, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund on Used or Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, or unsealed.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@glamrisskincare.com.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo/video of the product

  • A description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on product availability.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You must contact us first to receive return approval

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or faulty upon delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

5. Refund Processing

If your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
