Thank you for shopping with Glamris Skincare. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping times depend on your location and courier service.
Estimated delivery:

  • Domestic Orders: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Any applicable customs duties or taxes for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Glamris Skincare is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

If you made a mistake in your address, contact us immediately at info@glamrisskincare.com.
If the order has not been shipped yet, we will update the address.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, shipping is beyond our control.
However, if your package is delayed or appears lost, email us at info@glamrisskincare.com, and we will assist in tracking it.

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by courier companies or customs.

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the damaged package and items

We will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

7. Tracking Information

All shipped orders include tracking details.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
