Cancellation Policy

At Glamris Skincare, we try our best to process and ship orders quickly. Please review our cancellation guidelines below.


1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at info@glamrisskincare.com with your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a refund.


2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You will need to wait for the package to arrive and follow our Refund/Return Policy if applicable.


3. Prepaid Orders

If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Wrong Address or Mistaken Order

If you entered an incorrect address or placed an order by mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not been shipped, we can update the details or cancel the order.

Once the order is shipped, changes cannot be made.


5. Out of Stock Items

In rare cases, if an item becomes out of stock after you place an order, we will:

  • Notify you immediately

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Provide a full refund
